This is not a business plan, though it describes an economy. It is not a product specification, though it describes systems. It is not a constitution, though it contains founding law. It is a manifesto: a document whose purpose is to state a conviction clearly enough that the people who already share it can find one another, and the people encountering it for the first time can decide where they stand.
