Every nation needs an account of its own trajectory. Not a rigid roadmap that pretends to know the future in detail — reality dismantles such roadmaps within a year — but a coherent statement of the stages through which the nation intends to grow.
THRILL Republica organizes its development into Volumes. Each Volume is a chapter in the life of the nation, a defined stage in the passage from founding act to recognized presence. The Volumes were first articulated in the National Development Decree of August 2024 and have been refined since into the form presented here: nine Volumes, followed by a long horizon.
We ask the reader to understand what the Volumes are and are not. They are not a contract with the future, and they carry no promised dates. They are an honest account of sequence — of what must be built before what, of the order in which a nation of this kind has to come into being. They are aspiration disciplined into structure.
They are the answer to the question every serious reader is entitled to ask: where does this actually lead, and how?
The principle beneath the Volumes
Before the nine, the principle.
The single greatest threat to a project of this ambition is not external skepticism. It is internal — the temptation to do everything at once. The temptation to build the app and the events and the economy and the territory and the institutions all in the same year, because the vision is whole in the founder's mind and every part of it calls out to be built.
That temptation has destroyed more ambitious projects than any competitor ever has. It is the specific way that visionary projects fail: not by being wrong, but by being attempted all at once by people who exhausted themselves before the foundation was laid.
THRILL Republica knows this temptation intimately, and the Volumes are the structural answer to it. By committing to complete each Volume before opening the next, the nation accepts a constraint — and the constraint is precisely the protection. The Volumes are, as we have said before and will say again because it matters, the architecture of the nation's patience. They are how a project too large to build all at once becomes a project that can be built at all.
Volume I — Envisioning the Nation
Volume I is the founding. It is the work of bringing THRILL Republica into being as an articulated idea — of stating the premise, the vision, and the design clearly enough that the people who share the conviction can recognize it and find their way to it.
The instruments of Volume I are documents: the Declaration of Sovereignty, the National Identity Act, the National Development Decree, and this book. They are the texts through which the nation declares itself, articulates its principles, and offers itself to the world for consideration and for judgment.
The measure of Volume I is not crowd size. It is the seriousness and the alignment of the people the founding documents draw. A thousand casual followers are worth less to a young nation than a hundred genuine believers, because the believers build and the followers merely watch. Volume I succeeds when the nation has gathered its first true believers.
Volume II — Populating the Nation
Volume II turns from concept to citizenry. It is the work of bringing the first Residents into the nation — through structured admission, through curated outreach, through the formal credentialing of the first vehicles into the THR Registry.
The defining instrument of Volume II is the public admission program — the structured process by which the first vehicles are nominated, reviewed, admitted, and recognized, and their owners enrolled as the founding Residents of the nation. The first such program admits the founding cohort of Residents and constitutes the true beginning of the operational citizenry.
The measure of Volume II is the founding cohort itself. The standard of their admission, the quality of their vehicles, the seriousness of their participation — these establish the foundation on which every later Volume rests. A nation is marked permanently by whom it admitted first. Volume II is where that mark is made, and it must be made well.
Volume III — Building the Nation
Volume III is the construction of the infrastructure through which the nation functions — the operational systems, the first partnerships, the credentialing apparatus, the institutional foundations on which the daily life of citizenship depends.
The instruments of Volume III include the first formal partnerships with aligned events, under which the THR Passport is recognized as a valid credential for entry; the establishment of the nation's first operational Embassy presence; the implementation of the systems through which institutions register and operate under the nation's framework; and the building of the relationships that later Volumes will expand.
The measure of Volume III is capacity. By its close, can the nation credential citizens at scale, admit vehicles at scale, convoke at scale? Can partner events recognize the Passport? If the answer is yes, the nation possesses the working infrastructure it needs to grow — and the foundational trilogy of Volumes is complete.
Volume IV — Unveiling the Nation
Volume IV is the unveiling of THRILL Republica to the world beyond its own citizenry, through the inauguration of The THRILLOGY — the flagship trio of events that announces the nation as a serious cultural presence.
The THRILLOGY is the nation's most consequential public act. It is the threshold across which THRILL Republica passes from a community the wider world has not noticed into a presence the wider world has seen — noticed by the press, by the established institutions of automotive culture, by the broader public of enthusiasts. The specific form of The THRILLOGY is reserved for its unveiling.
The measure of Volume IV is recognition. After The THRILLOGY, THRILL Republica is no longer a private community. It is a public fact.
Volume V — Empowering the Nation
Volume V is the deepening of the citizen's life within the nation — the expansion of the Convoke calendar, the diversification of experiences, the development of the Quests and the gamified texture of citizenship, the broadening of what it means to live fully as a citizen of THRILL Republica.
The instruments of Volume V include the maturation of the Ministries into their working rhythms, the expansion of the Press Institute's output, the regular publication of Republica Magazine, the seasonal broadcasts of Republica TV and Radio, and the steady accumulation of the rituals that turn the nation's cultural life from a series of events into a continuous presence.
The measure of Volume V is depth. By its close, the early citizens should be embedded — with relationships, with standing, with histories, with reasons to remain that have grown beyond the reasons they first joined.
Volume VI — Uniting the Nation
Volume VI is the work of strategic partnership — the formal alignment of THRILL Republica with the institutions of the automotive, luxury, and adjacent worlds that share its values and through whose collaboration the nation's offering to its citizens is genuinely enriched.
The instruments of Volume VI are partnerships, entered into selectively: with established marques, with significant event series, with publications and media of standing, with the hospitality networks suited to the citizenry, with the technology partners whose capability extends the nation's reach. The selectivity is the point. The nation does not seek alliance for its own sake. It seeks alignment with institutions whose values reinforce its own and whose contributions enrich the citizenry without compromising the nation's standards.
The measure of Volume VI is the quality of the partnerships, never their quantity. One partnership with the right institution serves the nation more than ten with the wrong ones.
Volume VII — Expanding the Nation
Volume VII is the geographic expansion — the careful integration of new regions and cultures into the nation, the establishment of operational presence in territories beyond the founding core.
The expansion is deliberate, and the word matters. THRILL Republica does not pursue global ubiquity. It pursues meaningful presence in the territories that genuinely align with its ethos and whose citizens enrich the nation's diversity without diluting its character. Each region is evaluated with care; each is integrated with thought.
The measure of Volume VII is the coherence of the expanded nation. Does THRILL Republica feel like itself in every territory it has entered? Has the nation's character survived its own growth? If yes, the nation has expanded without losing what made it worth expanding.
Volume VIII — Evolving the Nation
Volume VIII is the diversification of the nation — the exploration of new offerings, new formats, new categories, new avenues that complement and extend the THRILL Republica ecosystem.
This is the Volume in which the nation, having reached operational maturity, begins to evolve beyond its founding form: new publications, new event formats, new lines through the Embassy, new partnerships with adjacent cultures, new formats of citizenship and recognition. The Volume is exploratory by design — the nation experimenting with what it can become, without ever losing what it is.
The measure of Volume VIII is relevance. As the automotive world changes around it — as the electric era matures, as autonomy advances, as new generations enter the culture — does THRILL Republica remain meaningful? Does it adapt without compromising its premise? If yes, the nation has become an institution capable of evolution, which is the only kind of institution that lasts.
Volume IX — Sustaining the Nation
Volume IX is the work of permanence — the cementing of THRILL Republica as a lasting presence, through the retention of citizens across years and generations, through continuous engagement, through the inter-generational structures that let a community outlive the people who began it.
The instruments of Volume IX are the institutions themselves, brought to full maturity: an Administration that functions without dependence on any single figure; a Press Institute whose archive is deep enough to let the nation know itself; an Embassy network sustainable on its own terms; partnerships durable enough to survive changes of personnel; a citizenry broad and deep enough to renew itself.
The measure of Volume IX is the question every lasting institution must finally answer: can it continue without its founder? If the answer is yes, THRILL Republica has succeeded — not as a project, but as a nation.
Beyond the Nine: the Confederation
Beyond the nine Volumes lies a horizon we describe with deliberate restraint, because it is genuinely distant and we will not dress the distant as the imminent.
That horizon is the Confederation — a network of regional sister-nations, each operating under the THRILL Republica framework while adapting to the culture and the traditions of its own territory. The names are illustrative only: a Republica of Europe, of the Americas, of Asia. The idea is that what is built in the founding decade can, in time, federate — that the standard of recognition, the credentialing system, the institutional architecture, and the cultural ethos can be shared across a family of nations while the operational life of each remains genuinely local.
We name this horizon for one reason. A serious citizen of a young nation deserves an honest account of how large the thing they are joining might one day become. The Confederation is not a promise and it carries no date. It is the natural conclusion of the trajectory the nine Volumes describe — the shape of the fully realized idea. Whether THRILL Republica reaches it depends entirely on the citizens who walk the Volumes that come first.
The honest word on the Volumes
We will end this chapter as honestly as we can.
The Volumes carry no dates because we will not promise what we cannot control. They describe sequence, not schedule. Reality will reshape their detail; some Volumes will take far longer than hoped, and the nation will face setbacks that no founding document can foresee.
But two commitments we will make, and hold. We will not skip Volumes — the nation will not leap to the glamour of expansion or the ambition of the digital horizon while the foundational work is unfinished. And we will not declare a Volume complete before it genuinely is — the nation will not flatter itself with claimed progress it has not earned.
That is the road. It is long, it is sequenced, and it is honest. We invite you to walk it.
Where the nation stands as this book is published
A reader is entitled to ask the most direct possible question: setting aside the full nine-Volume arc, where is THRILL Republica now, on the day this book reaches them?
We will answer it plainly, because a founding document that described a nine-Volume future without locating itself honestly in the present would have failed the test of honesty this whole book has tried to meet.
THRILL Republica stands, as this book is published, at the threshold between Volume I and Volume II. Volume I — the envisioning, the articulation of the premise and the design — is the work this book itself completes. The founding documents have been issued. The symbols exist. The premise has been thought through to the depth these pages represent. The idea is whole. That is Volume I, and with the publication of this book, it is substantially done.
What lies immediately ahead is Volume II: the first real citizens, the first vehicles admitted to the Registry, the first founding cohort enrolled through the first public admission. That work is beginning. It has not been completed, and we will not pretend it has. The nation today has its founding documents, its design, its symbols, and its founder's five years of work — and it does not yet have its hundred founding Residents, its operational Convoke calendar, or its built institutions. Those are ahead, in the Volumes still to come.
We say this directly for two reasons. The first is honesty: a reader deciding whether to join deserves to know exactly how early it is, because joining at the threshold of Volume II is a different act, requiring a different kind of conviction, than joining a nation already at Volume VI. The second reason is invitation. It is early — genuinely, unusually early. The reader who joins now does not join a finished nation; they join a nation at its founding, and they become part of the founding cohort by whom, as we said in the chapter on the citizenry, the nation will be marked permanently. For the reader who has finished this book and found the conviction in themselves, the earliness is not a warning. It is the offer. There is a founding generation of every nation, and it is, for a brief window, still possible to be part of this one's.
That is where the nation stands. Early, honest about being early, and open to the citizens who will define what it becomes.
